Delivery and Returns


UK Standard Delivery

 1. Murdock London offer FREE standard delivery on all UK orders over £50.

 2. Customers will be contacted directly should we be unable to process orders in this time-frame. During peak seasonal periods, please allow up to four days for your order to be processed and then shipped. 

 3. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing prior to shipping (unless you have purchased Next Day Delivery). 

 4. During seasonal periods and bank holidays, shipping times may vary. For an up-to-date national holiday schedule, please visit Royal Mail/UK Mail’s customer information shipping page(s).

 5. Unfortunately we are unable to process orders to Armed Forces addresses. 


UK Next Day Delivery

Please note - Next Day Delivery is not available post-2pm each day and any time between 2pm Thursday - midnight Sunday.

1. Almost all of our customers can benefit from the Special Next Day Delivery service option. However, if you live in the UK isles or in a remote mainland area, there may be a restriction on this service based on your postcode.

2. All customers that place an order before 14:00pm & purchase Next Day Delivery will have their purchase packaged and mailed the same day and can expect to receive their parcel the following business day. Any Next Day Delivery orders placed after 14:00pm will be processed and shipped the next following business day.

3. Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes:

4. Next day delivery orders placed before 14:00pm on a Friday will arrive the following Monday. Any standard orders placed after 14:00pm on a Friday, or over the weekend, your item will be processed the Monday following. A signature is required for all deliveries. A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of your order via an automated tracking link via email.


International Delivery

1. Murdock London offers free international delivery on orders over £100.  

2. Unfortunately we are no longer able to ship colognes internationally due to hazardous goods restrictions.

3. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing prior to shipping.

4. Customers will be contacted directly if we are unable, for any reason, to process an order in this standardised time-frame. During peak seasonal periods, please allow up to four days for your order to be processed. Delivery time scales for all international orders will vary according to the country of residence.                     

5. All international deliveries require a signature on receipt.

6. Unfortunately we are unable to process orders to personal home addresses in Russia. We can only ship to registered business addresses.

7. Average Transit Time:

EU: 2 Days

US/CANADA: 3-4 Days



Failed Delivery

 1. Every parcel we mail out requires a signature, be it domestic or international.

 2. If you are not available to sign for your parcel Royal Mail/UK Mail (or the equivalent postal service used internationally) will leave a delivery card.

 3. Your parcel will be kept with our delivery provider for an average of 18 days before re-delivery to ourselves should the parcel not be collected. For our international customers, your local provider should state their mail hold time frame before it is returned to Murdock, if it is not collected.

 4. Upon return of your undelivered parcel, we will email you confirming our receipt of it; the email will provide you with a re-delivery option or refund.

 5. If your order has failed to be delivered due to incorrect shipping information provided, you may be required to pay an excess charge in order for your package to be re-dispatched.

 6. If we fail to receive a response following 10 days, we will issue an automatic refund. You will receive confirmation of any refund following the requested or automated refund.

 7. To avoid any frustration caused by contacting delivery providers directly, please contact us at first with any queries regarding your order.



Returns procedure


We are happy to offer a refund on item(st) returned within 28 days of purchase date. 
This applies to full price and sales items; you will be refunded the price at time of purchase as shown on the receipt.  In the interests of hygiene we are unable to accept any items that have been used or with broken seals.

You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the products back to Murdock.  

Your refund will be issued in full on receipt of the items. Return postage will be refunded in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent products and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.

Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by us at Murdock. We recommend shipping via a recorded delivery method so as to have a tracking number for your parcel to guarantee safe delivery. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package. 

Simply return the items in the packaging, fill in the returns form and put it in back in the packaging.  Stick the return label on the packaging.  We will send you a confirmation of reciept and also when the refund has been processed.
