Created in 1985, Caron’s ‘Third Man’ also goes by the name ‘Number 3’ and ‘Le 3ème’: a masculine, elegant aroma, inspired by Orson Welles’ avant-garde character in the iconic Carol Reed classic film noir ‘The Third Man’.

The scent possesses Lavender, Rosemary, Anise and Bergamot as a smooth top scent. The middle notes include Leranium, Rose, Fern, Carnation and Jasmine, finishing off with Amber, Musk, Cedarwood, Patchouli, Tonka and Vanilla. It is perfect for daytime wear.

Founded in 1904 by the French nose Ernest Daltroff, Parfums Caron is an old-school French fragrance house still to this day held in private ownership.
