It’s been a long wait but we’re so excited to have our barbers safely get back to doing what they do best. Whether you have stuck this out growing lockdown locks or are coming in to see us with a DIY home haircut emergency, we know the situation is desperate…
Before coming to see your barber, please take a few moments to note our new safety updates below.
We have worked hard and are ready to offer you the safest possible barbershop experience. We do however need your help to make this happen:
Please stay at home and reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 7 days, or live with someone who has either tested positive for COVID-19 or had symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
We are reopening with a reduced number of chairs to maintain at least 2m distancing during your appointment.
Initially, we are operating a slightly reduced service menu to be as safe as possible and to allow us to see as many clients as possible.
We will use and provide PPE as relevant to every service and the barber station will have a complete anti-bacterial clean down between every customer.
We need you to be ready for your appointment on time. Please don’t arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment though, as we won’t have a waiting area in store. We will send you a reminder email and text to help with this.
Please bring only essential personal items and note that we can not allow any additional guests to stay in store during your appointment. For the first couple of weeks, we are not offering our usual bar service either, instead we will be able to provide you with bottled water.
If you have booked online, thank you for providing your payment information at the time of booking. Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid being charged. We will only charge you after your appointment, if you cancel within 24 hours, or are a no-show.
Your service and any products purchased will be charged to the card you used to book your appointment. We are not accepting cash at this time.
Gift cards are still welcomed but we are not offering any discounts at this time.
